Technique & the Body (Online) Series
This is an online-only solo class series focused on developing body awareness and preparing your body to dance better by improving strength, extension, torsion, balance and flexibility. You will learn exercises and stretches focusing on different aspects of movement and the body to improve your understanding, and to train your body for tango. This series will include short choreographies!
A yoga mat is recommended. Wear comfortable clothes (pants) that allow you to move and stretch. For your feet, barefoot is best, but have socks/trainers or heels on hand for certain exercises.
